Shipping Policy — The Riding Kid Store

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding NZ public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

New Zealand Shipping Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Australia Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Rest of World Estimated delivery: 14–28 business days after dispatch. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking All orders include tracking where available. Tracking details will be sent to your email once dispatched.

Delays Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
